Erzincan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve \u0130\u015f Kurumu \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ahmet Oran, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 faaliyet de\u011ferlendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131nda bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131yla bir araya geldi. Toplant\u0131da, kentteki istihdam verileri ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda bilgiler sundu. Oran, Erzincan’a son 20 ayda 1 milyar TL’nin \u00fczerinde kaynak aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n
2025 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla Erzincan’da kuruma kay\u0131tl\u0131 i\u015fsiz say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 9 bin 500 oldu\u011funu ifade eden Oran, bu ki\u015filerin 4 bin 800’\u00fcn\u00fcn kad\u0131n, 4 bin 600’\u00fcn\u00fcn erkek oldu\u011funu aktard\u0131. Uygulanan kurslar ve istihdam programlar\u0131 sayesinde i\u015fsiz say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 7 bin seviyelerine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, ancak \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerinin ba\u015fvurular\u0131 sonras\u0131 bu say\u0131n\u0131n yeniden 9 bin band\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Hedeflerinin i\u015fsizli\u011fi tekrar 7 binin alt\u0131na indirmek oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u0130\u015fsizlerin ya\u015f da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na dair bilgiler de veren Oran, kay\u0131tl\u0131 i\u015fsizlerin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 20’sinin 15-24 ya\u015f grubunda oldu\u011funu, 25-39 ya\u015f grubunun ise \u00f6nemli bir paya sahip oldu\u011funu kaydetti. E\u011fitim durumuna g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mda i\u015fsizlerin y\u00fczde 34’\u00fcn\u00fcn ilk\u00f6\u011fretim, y\u00fczde 43’\u00fcn\u00fcn orta\u00f6\u011fretim mezunu oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n
2025 y\u0131l\u0131 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla Erzincan’da 5 bin 498 a\u00e7\u0131k i\u015f ilan\u0131 bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Oran, bu ilanlardan 4 bin 93’\u00fcne i\u015fe yerle\u015ftirme yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k bin 400 a\u00e7\u0131k i\u015f ilan\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bunun nedenleri aras\u0131nda nitelikli i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc eksikli\u011fi ve i\u015f be\u011fenmezlik gibi fakt\u00f6rlerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n
