Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re, mevcut y\u00fczde 39’luk tecil faiz oran\u0131n\u0131n bor\u00e7lular \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fck nedeniyle, bu oranlar\u0131n daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelere \u00e7ekilmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
Yeni d\u00fczenlemeden kamu, SGK veya vergi borcu bulunan t\u00fcm i\u015fletme sahipleri do\u011frudan yararlanamayacak. Sadece mali a\u00e7\u0131dan zor durumda oldu\u011fu tespit edilen m\u00fckellefler, kademeli faiz indiriminden faydalanma hakk\u0131na sahip olacak. Uygulanacak yeni faiz oranlar\u0131, g\u00fcncel enflasyon oran\u0131 olan y\u00fczde 32’nin alt\u0131na inmeyecek.<\/p>\n
Yap\u0131land\u0131rma s\u00fcrecinde, borcunu \u00f6demek isteyenler i\u00e7in sa\u011flanan en b\u00fcy\u00fck kolayl\u0131klardan biri teminat \u015fart\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 oldu. Yeni karara g\u00f6re, 1 milyon liraya kadar olan bor\u00e7larda teminat g\u00f6sterme zorunlulu\u011fu tamamen ortadan kalkt\u0131. Bor\u00e7 bu s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015farsa, sadece a\u015fan k\u0131sm\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar teminat talep edilecek.<\/p>\n
Olas\u0131 bir faiz indirimi, taksitlere de yans\u0131yacak. \u00d6rne\u011fin, faiz oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 30’a d\u00fc\u015ferse, 1 milyon lira borcu olan bir m\u00fckellefin 12 ayl\u0131k \u00f6deme plan\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fecek. Mevcut y\u00fczde 39’luk oranla y\u0131ll\u0131k faiz y\u00fck\u00fc 390.000 TL iken, y\u00fczde 30’luk oranla bu rakam 300.000 TL’ye d\u00fc\u015fecek.<\/p>\n
M\u00fckellefler, faiz indirimi karar\u0131n\u0131 olumlu kar\u015f\u0131lamakla birlikte, birikmi\u015f gecikme zamlar\u0131yla ilgili de ek bir d\u00fczenleme talep ediyor. Bor\u00e7lular, \u00f6denemeyen ana paran\u0131n \u00fczerine eklenen gecikme faizi ile tecil faizinin \u00fcst \u00fcste binmesi nedeniyle olu\u015fan \u00e7ifte faiz y\u00fck\u00fcnden kurtulmak i\u00e7in Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131’ndan yeni ad\u0131mlar bekliyor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
