Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kanunu’ndaki g\u00fcncellemeyle, vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinin sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu\u015flar\u0131 kurumlar vergisi muafiyetinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutuldu. Ayr\u0131ca, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan vergi muafiyeti tan\u0131nan vak\u0131flar\u0131n y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 hastaneler i\u00e7in sa\u011flanan KDV istisnas\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Serbest B\u00f6lgeler Kanunu’nda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ile serbest b\u00f6lgelerde \u00fcretilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na veya di\u011fer serbest b\u00f6lgelere sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan elde edilen kazan\u00e7lar gelir veya kurumlar vergisinden muaf tutulacak. \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu’na eklenen maddeyle, i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primindeki devlet pay\u0131 Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan art\u0131r\u0131labilecek veya azalt\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n
BOTA\u015e ile ilgili yeni d\u00fczenlemelere g\u00f6re, BOTA\u015e’\u0131n \u00f6denmemi\u015f vergi ve bor\u00e7lar\u0131, Hazineden alaca\u011f\u0131yla mahsup edilecek. Hazine ve Maliye Bakan\u0131, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te yetkili olacak. Kamu iktisadi te\u015febb\u00fcsleriyle ilgili \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme kapsam\u0131ndaki ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesi de ilgili idarelerin talebi \u00fczerine ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilecek.<\/p>\n
\u00d6zel T\u00fcketim Vergisi Kanunu’nda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle, engel oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 40 ve \u00fczeri olan ortopedik engellilere belirli ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n al\u0131m\u0131nda \u00d6TV istisnas\u0131 getirildi. Ayr\u0131ca, Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu’nda yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemeyle, baz\u0131 yard\u0131mlar\u0131n prime esas kazanca tabi tutulmayaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
Bedelli askerlik \u00fccreti y\u00fczde 25 art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
