Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, kurulun nisan ay\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131na dair yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131. Toplant\u0131da incelenen 132 dosyadan 117’sinin mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, reklamlarda kullan\u0131lan yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck ifadelerini engellemek amac\u0131yla bir dosya i\u00e7in tedbiren durdurma karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Ayr\u0131ca, t\u00fcketicilere y\u00f6nelik hileli modem sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla ilgili incelemelerin ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
Yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmelerde, baz\u0131 ki\u015fi ve firmalar\u0131n kendilerini internet servis sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezi olarak tan\u0131tarak, t\u00fcketicilere “modeminiz ar\u0131zal\u0131” veya “modeminiz yetersiz” gibi yanl\u0131\u015f beyanlarda bulundu\u011fu ve y\u00fcksek fiyatlarla modem satt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi. Bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin t\u00fcketicilere hi\u00e7 g\u00f6nderilmedi\u011fi veya vaat edilen nitelikleri ta\u015f\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve iade taleplerinin kar\u015f\u0131lanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ciddi ma\u011fduriyetler ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
