Reklam Kurulu, 371. toplant\u0131s\u0131nda 149 dosyay\u0131 ele ald\u0131. \u0130ncelenen dosyalardan 118\u2019i mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 bulunarak ceza uyguland\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, bilimsel dayana\u011f\u0131 olmayan sa\u011fl\u0131k iddialar\u0131, ger\u00e7ek d\u0131\u015f\u0131 vize garantisi vaatleri ve dini duygular\u0131 istismar eden tan\u0131t\u0131mlar gibi reklamlara yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Toplant\u0131da, 74 dosyada yaln\u0131zca reklam\u0131 durdurma cezas\u0131 verilirken, 44 dosyada hem durdurma hem de para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00fc\u00e7 dosya i\u00e7in eri\u015fimin engellenmesi tedbiri al\u0131nd\u0131. B\u00f6ylelikle, 2026’n\u0131n ilk yedi ay\u0131nda toplamda 21 binden fazla dosya karara ba\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Reklam Kurulu, bilimsel temeli olmayan sa\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131karma iddialar\u0131 i\u00e7eren reklamlara da \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131rdan para cezas\u0131 kesti. \u00d6rne\u011fin, belirli bir sa\u00e7 spreyi \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcne ili\u015fkin reklamlarda “Her 10 g\u00fcnde 2000 yeni sa\u00e7 k\u00f6k\u00fc” gibi ifadeler kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle bu reklamlara yapt\u0131r\u0131m uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ayr\u0131ca, vize arac\u0131l\u0131k firmalar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek d\u0131\u015f\u0131 garanti vaatleri i\u00e7eren reklamlar\u0131 da durduruldu. Bu firmalara ili\u015fkin incelemeler sonucunda, yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 reklamlara sahip be\u015f firman\u0131n reklamlar\u0131n\u0131n durdurulmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n
