Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te talep toplama tarihleri, hisse fiyat\u0131 ve lot da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda.<\/p>\n
Halka arz i\u00e7in talep toplama tarihleri 22, 23 ve 24 Temmuz 2026 olarak belirlendi. Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, belirtilen tarihlerde halka arza kat\u0131lmak isteyen banka ve arac\u0131 kurumlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla taleplerini iletebilecek.<\/p>\n
Masfen Enerji’nin halka arz fiyat\u0131, 1 lot i\u00e7in 45,68 TL olarak belirlendi. Toplamda 85 milyon lotun yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara sunulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor ve halka arz\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 milyar 882 milyon 800 bin TL olmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Halka a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 15,32 olarak \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak lot miktar\u0131, talep toplama s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterecek. E\u011fer 85 milyon lot, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131na e\u015fit olarak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131rsa, tahmini lot miktarlar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle olacak: 200 bin yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 425 lot, 300 bin yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 283 lot, 400 bin yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 212 lot, 500 bin yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 170 lot, 700 bin yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 121 lot, 1 milyon yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 85 lot, 1,5 milyon yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 56 lot ve 2 milyon yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 42 lot.<\/p>\n
Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n talep ettikleri lot say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re yat\u0131rmalar\u0131 gereken tutar da hesapland\u0131. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 10 lot i\u00e7in 456,80 TL, 50 lot i\u00e7in 2.284 TL, 100 lot i\u00e7in 4.568 TL, 200 lot i\u00e7in 9.136 TL ve 500 lot i\u00e7in 22.840 TL \u00f6denmesi gerekecek.
