Halka arz kapsam\u0131nda \u015eA-RA Enerji\u2019nin sermayesinin 400.000.000 TL’den 444.500.000 TL’ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ve 44.500.000 TL nominal de\u011ferinde paylar\u0131n ihra\u00e7 edilece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Mevcut ortaklardan \u015eadi T\u00fcrk ve Hilkat Mor’a ait nominal de\u011ferleri s\u0131ras\u0131yla 35.600.000 TL ve 8.900.000 TL olan paylar da halka arz edilecektir. Toplamda 89.000.000 TL nominal de\u011fere sahip 89.000.000 adet pay\u0131n sat\u0131\u015fa sunulmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
