AK Parti milletvekilleri, Meclis’e sunduklar\u0131 yeni kanun teklifi ile Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu’na (SGK) yap\u0131lan ayl\u0131k “devlet katk\u0131s\u0131” uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n sona erece\u011fini duyurdu. Bu d\u00fczenleme, Kanunun 81. maddesindeki \u201cPrim oranlar\u0131 ve Devlet katk\u0131s\u0131\u201d ifadesinin \u201cve Devlet katk\u0131s\u0131\u201d k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n
Devlet katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yerine, SGK’n\u0131n gelirleri ile giderleri aras\u0131ndaki fark, b\u00fct\u00e7e \u00fczerinden finanse edilecek. Bu de\u011fi\u015fiklikle SGK’n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n muhasebe kay\u0131tlar\u0131nda daha belirgin bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckselebilece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
E\u011fer kanun teklifi yasala\u015f\u0131rsa, SGK’ya b\u00fct\u00e7eden yap\u0131lan transferler devam edecek, ancak bu transferler art\u0131k “devlet katk\u0131s\u0131” yerine gelir-gider fark\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu, 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda SSK, Ba\u011f-Kur ve Emekli Sand\u0131\u011f\u0131’n\u0131n birle\u015ftirilmesiyle kuruldu. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu ile SGK’n\u0131n toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 primlerin d\u00f6rtte biri oran\u0131nda devlet katk\u0131s\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, devlet her ay tahsil edilen malull\u00fck, ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k ve \u00f6l\u00fcm sigortalar\u0131 ile genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 primlerinin d\u00f6rtte biri kadar SGK’ya katk\u0131da bulunuyor.
