Bu d\u00fczenleme, \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu’nun istihdam\u0131 destekleyen alanlarda daha etkin bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Resmi Gazete’de yer alan kararla birlikte, Fon’un bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l prim gelirlerinden yararlanma oran\u0131 da art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n
Y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren karar, 4447 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Kanunu’nun 48. Maddesi’nin 7. F\u0131kras\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda belirlenen kullan\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseltilmesine y\u00f6nelik. 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in bu oran, daha \u00f6nce belirlenen y\u00fczde 30’dan y\u00fczde 50’ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n
Art\u0131r\u0131lan bu kaynak, i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn istihdam edilebilirli\u011fini art\u0131rmak, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n mesleki becerilerini geli\u015ftirmek ve teknolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm nedeniyle i\u015fsiz kalma riski ta\u015f\u0131yan bireyleri farkl\u0131 alanlara y\u00f6nlendirmek amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lacak. Ayr\u0131ca, istihdam\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve koruyucu tedbirlerin uygulanmas\u0131, i\u015fe yerle\u015ftirme ile dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmetleri ve i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve planlama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da bu kapsamda desteklenecek.<\/p>\n
