Belirtilen tarihler aras\u0131nda, 11 Ocak 2027 ile 31 May\u0131s 2027 aras\u0131nda 1 milyon 250 bin ton ya\u011fl\u0131k ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi tohumu ithalat\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde s\u0131f\u0131r g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergisi uygulanacak. Bunun yan\u0131nda, 500 bin ton ham ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi ya\u011f\u0131 ithalat\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 20 g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergili tarife kontenjan\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Kontenjan, yerli ya\u011fl\u0131k ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi tohumu sat\u0131n alan sanayicilere, ham veya rafine ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi ya\u011f\u0131 \u00fcreticilerine \u00f6ncelik verilerek da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
\u0130thalat i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in \u0130thalat Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan lisans d\u00fczenlenecek. Bu lisans\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slara devredilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacak.<\/p>\n
Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, tarife kontenjan\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fvuru ve kullan\u0131m usul\u00fcn\u00fc belirleyen bir tebli\u011f yay\u0131mlad\u0131. Bu tebli\u011f de Resmi Gazete’de y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi.<\/p>\n
