Sigortac\u0131l\u0131k ve \u00d6zel Emeklilik D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu (SEDDK), bu kapsamda “Karayollar\u0131 Motorlu Ara\u00e7lar Zorunlu Mali Sorumluluk Sigortas\u0131 Genel \u015eartlar\u0131nda De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Genel \u015eartlar” ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir tebli\u011f yay\u0131mlad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Bu d\u00fczenleme ile genel \u015fartlara “kal\u0131c\u0131 veri saklay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131” tan\u0131m\u0131 eklendi. Bu tan\u0131m alt\u0131nda k\u0131sa mesaj, e-posta, internet, mobil uygulama gibi ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve Sigorta Bilgi ve G\u00f6zetim Merkezi ile e-Devlet \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen sistemler de\u011ferlendirilecek.<\/p>\n
Yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, maddi zararlar teminat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ara\u00e7ta olu\u015fan de\u011fer kayb\u0131, SEDDK’n\u0131n belirleyece\u011fi usul ve esaslar do\u011frultusunda sigorta eksperi taraf\u0131ndan hesaplanacak. Eksper, arac\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerini dikkate alarak de\u011fer kayb\u0131n\u0131 belirleyecek ve rapor haz\u0131rlayacak.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fvuru yapan hak sahibi, hasar bedeli i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, ayr\u0131ca de\u011fer kayb\u0131 talebinde de bulunmu\u015f say\u0131lacak. Sigorta \u015firketi, hesaplanan de\u011fer kayb\u0131 tutar\u0131n\u0131, nihai eksper raporunun kendisine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten sonraki ilk i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde hak sahibine bildirecek.<\/p>\n
D\u00fczenleme ile sa\u011fl\u0131k giderleri teminat\u0131 da geni\u015fletildi. Trafik kazas\u0131 nedeniyle yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm tedavi giderleri ve protez organ bedelleri teminat alt\u0131nda olacak. Ayr\u0131ca, ma\u011fdurun tedavi s\u00fcrecindeki giderleri ve s\u00fcrekli bak\u0131c\u0131 giderleri de kar\u015f\u0131lanacak.<\/p>\n
Ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik ve s\u00fcrekli sakatl\u0131k tazminatlar\u0131, sakatlanma teminat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilecek. Trafik kazas\u0131na ili\u015fkin resmi belgelerde illiyet ba\u011f\u0131 tespit edilirse, sigorta \u015firketi bunun aksini ispat etmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olacak.<\/p>\n
