Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler (BM), mikro, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli i\u015fletmelerin (KOB\u0130) k\u00fcresel ekonomiye katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karmak amac\u0131yla her y\u0131l 27 Haziran’da “Mikro, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve Orta \u00d6l\u00e7ekli \u0130\u015fletmeler G\u00fcn\u00fc”n\u00fc kutlamaktad\u0131r. Bu y\u0131lki etkinlik, “\u0130novasyon ve S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Sanayi Geli\u015fimi Yoluyla KOB\u0130’lerin G\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi” temas\u0131yla 6 Temmuz’da BM’nin New York’taki merkezinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n
BM verilerine g\u00f6re, d\u00fcnya genelindeki i\u015fletmelerin y\u00fczde 90’\u0131n\u0131 KOB\u0130\u2019ler olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r ve bu i\u015fletmeler istihdam\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 70’ini sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. KOB\u0130\u2019lerin T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisindeki rol\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011ferlendiren D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye \u00dclke Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Humberto Lopez, T\u00fcrkiye’de 3,9 milyon KOB\u0130 bulundu\u011funu ve bu i\u015fletmelerin toplam istihdam\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n
Lopez, KOB\u0130\u2019lerin T\u00fcrkiye’nin her b\u00f6lgesinde faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini ve ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nmada kritik bir rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Ayr\u0131ca, KOB\u0130 politikalar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik ve sosyal a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, desteklenmelerinin \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ad\u0131mlar gerektirdi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131’n\u0131n KOB\u0130\u2019lere destek sa\u011flama y\u00f6ntemlerini a\u00e7\u0131klayan Lopez, h\u0131zl\u0131 finansman sa\u011flama ve uzun vadeli kredi programlar\u0131 tasarlama gibi stratejilerle bu i\u015fletmelerin daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hale gelmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olundu\u011funu belirtti. 2020-2023 d\u00f6neminde, D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 destekli projelerin T\u00fcrkiye’deki 87 binden fazla KOB\u0130\u2019ye finansman sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 115 bin i\u015fin korunmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulundu\u011fu ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
Ayr\u0131ca, deprem sonras\u0131 destek projelerinin \u00f6nemine de dikkat \u00e7eken Lopez, bu projelerin yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 bin KOB\u0130’ye finansman sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye’nin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir KOB\u0130 taban\u0131na sahip oldu\u011funu belirten Lopez, bu taban\u0131n daha verimli ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 hale gelmesinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n
IFC T\u00fcrkiye Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Lisa Kaestner, KOB\u0130\u2019lerin ekonominin en geni\u015f taban\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funu vurgulayarak, do\u011fru finansman ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n istihdam ve verimlilikle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Gelecekte KOB\u0130 finansman\u0131nda daha fazla \u00f6zel sermaye hareketlili\u011fi ve finansman\u0131n KOB\u0130\u2019lere ula\u015f\u0131m kanallar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n
