Sigortac\u0131l\u0131k ve \u00d6zel Emeklilik D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu (SEDDK), \u00fcye sigorta \u015firketleri i\u00e7in yeni bir y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck belirledi. Art\u0131k sigorta \u015firketleri, sigorta s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerine dair \u00fcretim verilerini e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak Sigorta Bilgi ve G\u00f6zetim Merkezi’ne iletmek zorunda olacak.<\/p>\n
SEDDK’n\u0131n Resmi Gazete’de yay\u0131nlanan “Sigorta Bilgi ve G\u00f6zetim Merkezi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Y\u00f6netmelik” ile birlikte, trafik kazalar\u0131nda kusur de\u011ferlendirmesi yapmak amac\u0131yla yeterli say\u0131da tutanak de\u011ferlendirme komisyonu kurulmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Bu komisyon, T\u00fcrkiye Sigorta, Reas\u00fcrans ve Emeklilik \u015eirketleri Birli\u011fi’nin talebi do\u011frultusunda olu\u015fturulacak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma usulleri SEDDK taraf\u0131ndan belirlenecek.<\/p>\n
Sigorta Bilgi ve G\u00f6zetim Merkezi’nin idari merkezi \u0130stanbul’da kurulacak ve burada \u0130stanbul ile di\u011fer \u015fehirlerde \u015fubeler a\u00e7\u0131labilecektir. SEDDK \u00fcyesi sigorta \u015firketleri ve di\u011fer yetkili kullan\u0131c\u0131lar, belirlenen usul ve esaslara uygun olarak sistemleri kullanmamalar\u0131 durumunda a\u015f\u0131m bedeli ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilecekler.<\/p>\n
Y\u00f6netmelik \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, \u00fcye sigorta \u015firketleri ve \u00f6zellikli kurulu\u015flar, Sigorta Bilgi ve G\u00f6zetim Merkezi taraf\u0131ndan talep edilen t\u00fcm bilgileri do\u011fru ve eksiksiz bir \u015fekilde iletmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olacak. SEDDK, gerekti\u011finde verilerin \u015fekil ve i\u00e7eri\u011fine dair s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar getirebilecek.<\/p>\n
\u00dcye sigorta \u015firketleri, g\u00fcncel muallak tazminat verilerini g\u00fcn sonuna kadar ve di\u011fer hasar verilerini e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak merkeze iletmek zorunda. Ayr\u0131ca, yarg\u0131 mercilerinden al\u0131nan kararlara g\u00f6re hasar verilerinde bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olursa, bu g\u00fcncellemeleri de yapmalar\u0131 gerekecek. Yeni veri y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fartlar\u0131, 1 A\u011fustos 2026 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecek; di\u011fer h\u00fck\u00fcmler ise hemen uygulanmaya ba\u015flanacak.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
