Do\u011fadan toplanmas\u0131 yasak olan salep, kontroll\u00fc \u00fcretimle tarlalarda yeti\u015ftiriliyor. Bu bitki, y\u00fcksek ekonomik de\u011feri ve zorlu \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci ile dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u0130l genelinde 25 dekarl\u0131k alanda salep hasad\u0131 ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p>Salep, endemik bir t\u00fcr olarak do\u011fadan kontrols\u00fcz \u015fekilde toplanam\u0131yor. Bu nedenle Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n destekledi\u011fi projelerle \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131na aktar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201cDo\u011fadan Toplama De\u011fil, Tarlada Salep Yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi\u201d projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde Kastamonu&#8217;da 47 \u00fcretici kontroll\u00fc \u015fekilde salep yeti\u015ftiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Hasad\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte \u00fcr\u00fcn, hem i\u00e7 piyasada hem de sanayi kullan\u0131m\u0131nda y\u00fcksek talep g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Kurutulmu\u015f salebin kilogram fiyat\u0131n\u0131n 13 bin TL&#8217;ye kadar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131, ya\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ise 2 ila 3 bin TL aras\u0131nda al\u0131c\u0131 buldu\u011fu belirtiliyor. Salep, \u00f6zellikle dondurma, ila\u00e7 sanayi ve \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde yo\u011fun olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Kastamonu&#8217;nun Kay\u0131 k\u00f6y\u00fcnde \u00fcretim yapan Ziraat M\u00fchendisi Ferdi Do\u011fdu, bu y\u0131l hasad\u0131n verimli ge\u00e7ti\u011fini ancak \u00fcretimi art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedeflediklerini ifade etti. Mevcut alanlar\u0131n geni\u015fletilmesi ve salep yeti\u015ftiricili\u011finin b\u00f6lgede yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcreticiler, son y\u0131llarda kurakl\u0131k ve d\u00fczensiz ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n verim \u00fczerinde olumsuz etkisi oldu\u011funu, bu y\u0131l artan ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ise durumu olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiledi\u011fini aktard\u0131. Salep bitkisi suyu seven ama a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 su birikimini sevmeyen hassas bir yap\u0131ya sahip.
