Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re, bu b\u00f6lgelerin ticaret hacmi, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ocak-may\u0131s d\u00f6neminde 11,7 milyar dolara ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f, bunun neredeyse yar\u0131s\u0131 ihracattan kaynaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Serbest b\u00f6lgeler, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara ve \u00fcreticilere bir\u00e7ok avantaj sunarak ihracat ve yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik etmektedir. Bu b\u00f6lgelerde sa\u011flanan vergi avantajlar\u0131, yerli ve yabanc\u0131 pazarlara eri\u015fim, stratejik f\u0131rsatlar, kar transferi ve uygun altyap\u0131 gibi olanaklar, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in cazip k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Serbest b\u00f6lgeler, istihdama da \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. May\u0131s ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla bu b\u00f6lgelerde 86 bin 376 ki\u015fi istihdam edilmektedir. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in serbest b\u00f6lgelerin ticaret hacminin 27 milyar 691 milyon dolar olarak kaydedildi\u011fi, 2025&#8217;te ise y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda %3,1 art\u0131\u015fla 28 milyar 554 milyon dolara ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ocak-may\u0131s d\u00f6neminde serbest b\u00f6lgeler \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lan ticaret, 11 milyar 658 milyon dolar olarak hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde serbest b\u00f6lgelerin ihracat\u0131 ise 5 milyar 359 milyon dolara ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece, bu b\u00f6lgelerin 11 milyar 658 milyon dolarl\u0131k ticaret hacminin %46&#8217;s\u0131 ihracattan olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan al\u0131mlar da 3 milyar 287 milyon dolar olarak kaydedilmi\u015ftir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, serbest b\u00f6lgeler yurt i\u00e7inden 1 milyar 444 milyon dolarl\u0131k al\u0131m yaparken, 1 milyar 569 milyon dolarl\u0131k sat\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birli\u011fi (TOBB) T\u00fcrkiye Serbest B\u00f6lgeler Meclisi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Edvar Mum, serbest b\u00f6lgelerin y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama ticaret hacminin 28 milyar dolar civar\u0131nda oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015f ve 2023 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda ticaret hacminin artmas\u0131n\u0131 beklediklerini ifade etmi\u015ftir.
