Bu y\u0131l ise ayran ve kefir \u00fcretimi 338 bin 512 tona y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n<p>Ayran ve kefir \u00fcretiminde, son be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7inde yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 49&#8217;luk bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zlemlendi. Bu durum, \u00fcretim miktarlar\u0131n\u0131n rekor seviyelere ula\u015fmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde yo\u011furt \u00fcretiminde de art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131. 2022&#8217;nin ilk d\u00f6rt ay\u0131nda 361 bin 469 ton yo\u011furt \u00fcretilirken, 2023&#8217;te bu rakam 361 bin 89 ton olarak kaydedildi. 2024&#8217;te yo\u011furt \u00fcretimi 411 bin 151 tona, 2025&#8217;te ise 423 bin 787 tona \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 2023&#8217;\u00fcn ilk d\u00f6rt ay\u0131nda ise bu rakam 470 bin 828 tona y\u00fckselerek yeni bir rekor k\u0131rd\u0131.
