Sigortac\u0131l\u0131k ve \u00d6zel Emeklilik D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu (SEDDK), zorunlu mali sorumluluk sigortas\u0131yla ilgili yeni d\u00fczenlemeleri i\u00e7eren tebli\u011fini Resmi Gazete’de yay\u0131mlad\u0131. Yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle birlikte, genel \u015fartlara ‘kal\u0131c\u0131 veri saklay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131’ tan\u0131m\u0131 eklendi ve \u00e7e\u015fitli ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 bu kapsamda de\u011ferlendirilecektir.<\/p>\n
Yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, maddi zararlar teminat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, kazaya kar\u0131\u015fan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n de\u011fer kayb\u0131, SEDDK’n\u0131n belirleyece\u011fi kriterlere g\u00f6re sigorta eksperleri taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilecektir. Bu tespit, arac\u0131n markas\u0131, ya\u015f\u0131, modeli, hasar durumu ve kaza \u00f6ncesi ile sonras\u0131 ikinci el sat\u0131\u015f de\u011ferleri gibi unsurlara dayanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fvurular, ara\u00e7ta meydana gelen hasar bedelinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra de\u011fer kayb\u0131n\u0131 da kapsayacak. Hasar i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuran ki\u015filer, de\u011fer kayb\u0131 talebinde de bulunmu\u015f say\u0131lacak. Sigorta \u015firketi, hesaplanan de\u011fer kayb\u0131 tutar\u0131n\u0131, nihai eksper raporunun kendisine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten sonraki i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde hak sahiplerine bildirecek.<\/p>\n
Sa\u011fl\u0131k Giderleri Teminat\u0131, trafik kazas\u0131 sonucu ma\u011fdurun tedavisinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan t\u00fcm giderleri kapsayacak. Bu teminat, tedavi s\u00fcresince olu\u015fan giderlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, s\u00fcrekli sakatl\u0131k raporu al\u0131nana kadar devam eden bak\u0131c\u0131 giderlerini de i\u00e7erecek.<\/p>\n
Trafik kazalar\u0131 nedeniyle ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik ve s\u00fcrekli sakatl\u0131k durumlar\u0131 Sakatlanma Teminat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilecektir. \u0130lgili belgelerde bu durumla ilgili tespitler mevcutsa, aksini ispat y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sigorta \u015firketine ait olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
\u00d6l\u00fcm nedeniyle destekten yoksun kalanlar\u0131n zararlar\u0131 ise Destekten Yoksun Kalma Teminat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131lanacak. Bu tazminat, 6098 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunun ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re hesaplanacakt\u0131r.
