Orta gelir grubuna y\u00f6nelik olarak d\u00fczenlenen kampanya, 64 ilde toplamda yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 bin konutun sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kaps\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Konut fiyatlar\u0131 2 milyon 100 bin liradan ba\u015flayacak ve vatanda\u015flara \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6deme se\u00e7enekleri ile birlikte 72 aya kadar vade imkan\u0131 sunulacak. Ba\u015fvurular 15 Haziran’da al\u0131nmaya ba\u015flayacak ve sat\u0131\u015f s\u00fcreci 17 Temmuz’a kadar devam edecek.<\/p>\n
TOK\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan sunulacak konutlar\u0131n il ve il\u00e7elere g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 da belli oldu. Projede \u00fc\u00e7 farkl\u0131 \u00f6deme modeli uygulanacak.<\/p>\n
Ayl\u0131k taksitler yakla\u015f\u0131k 18 bin liradan ba\u015flayacak. Pe\u015fin \u00f6deme yapanlar i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 25, yar\u0131 pe\u015fin \u00f6demelerde ise y\u00fczde 8 indirim imkan\u0131 sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n
En fazla konutun sat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 iller aras\u0131nda Ankara, Malatya, Kahramanmara\u015f ve Hatay \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ba\u015fvurular\u0131n al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 tarih aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 15 Haziran ile 17 Temmuz olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n
Ankara’da Aya\u015f, \u00c7aml\u0131dere, \u00c7ubuk, G\u00fcd\u00fcl, Haymana, K\u0131z\u0131lcahamam, Mamak ve Sincan il\u00e7elerinde toplam 2 bin 62 konut sat\u0131\u015fa sunulacak. \u0130zmir’de ise Bayrakl\u0131 ve Sel\u00e7uk il\u00e7elerinde 306 konut yer alacak.<\/p>\n
