T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankas\u0131 (TCMB), makrofinansal istikrar\u0131 desteklemek amac\u0131yla kredi b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine y\u00f6nelik ek \u00f6nlemler ald\u0131. Kredi b\u00fcy\u00fcme hesaplama s\u00fcresinin bug\u00fcn tamamlanmas\u0131yla birlikte, yeni d\u00fczenlemeler yay\u0131mland\u0131 ve uygulamaya konuldu.<\/p>\n
TCMB’nin resmi internet sitesinde yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, zorunlu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k uygulamas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kredi b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekildi. Bireysel kredilerde t\u00fcm t\u00fcrler i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 1 puan daralt\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131 ticari kredilerde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli i\u015fletmelere sa\u011flanan krediler i\u00e7in 1 puan, KOB\u0130 kredileri i\u00e7in ise 0,5 puanl\u0131k bir k\u0131s\u0131tlama getirildi.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcketici kredileri i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131, 8 haftal\u0131k d\u00f6nemde ihtiya\u00e7 ve ta\u015f\u0131t kredileri i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 4’ten y\u00fczde 3’e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Ayr\u0131ca, t\u00fcketicilere tahsis edilen kredi kart\u0131 limit art\u0131\u015f\u0131 da y\u00fczde 2’den y\u00fczde 1’e indirildi.<\/p>\n
KOB\u0130’lere sa\u011flanan TL kredileri i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fczde 5’ten y\u00fczde 4,5’e, KOB\u0130 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki i\u015fletmelere kulland\u0131r\u0131lan TL kredileri i\u00e7in ise y\u00fczde 3’ten y\u00fczde 2’ye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. <\/p>\n
