Yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, memur ve i\u015f\u00e7i kad\u0131nlar do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce 8 hafta, do\u011fumdan sonra ise 16 hafta olmak \u00fczere toplam 24 hafta anal\u0131k izni alacaklar.<\/p>\n
Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, sa\u011fl\u0131k durumlar\u0131n\u0131n uygun oldu\u011funu doktor raporuyla belgelendirdikleri takdirde do\u011fumdan \u00f6nceki son 2 haftaya kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecekler. Ayr\u0131ca, bir veya daha fazla \u00e7ocu\u011fa koruyucu aile olanlara 10 g\u00fcn ek izin hakk\u0131 verilecek.<\/p>\n
Sabah gazetesinde yay\u0131nlanan habere g\u00f6re, do\u011fum izninin 24 haftaya uzat\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte SGK’l\u0131 annelere \u00f6denecek rapor paras\u0131 da artacak. Yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, \u00f6demeler 168 g\u00fcn \u00fczerinden hesaplanacak ve izin s\u00fcresi boyunca en az 123 bin 312 TL \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Br\u00fct maa\u015f\u0131 35 bin TL olanlar i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 130 bin 667 TL, 40 bin TL olanlar i\u00e7in 149 bin 333 TL, 50 bin TL olanlar i\u00e7in ise 186 bin 667 TL \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n
Devlet memuru anneler i\u00e7in ise maa\u015f kesintisi olmayacak ve do\u011fum izni s\u00fcresince maa\u015flar\u0131 tam olarak \u00f6denecek. Bu durumda, yeni do\u011fum yapan bir memurun toplamda 247 bin 560 TL gelir elde etmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Mikro \u00f6l\u00e7ekli i\u015fletmelerde bu oran y\u00fczde 83,5’e kadar \u00e7\u0131karken, b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015fletmelerde y\u00fczde 65,5 seviyesinde kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, do\u011fum sonras\u0131 i\u015ften ayr\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 64,3’\u00fc yeniden istihdama d\u00f6n\u00fcyor ve ortalama i\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresi 13,3 ay olarak hesaplan\u0131yor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde bak\u0131m hizmetlerine eri\u015fim, gelir kayb\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcrecinin desteklenmesi gibi \u00fc\u00e7 temel unsur \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
