Alg\u00fcn, “T\u00dc\u0130K’in mart ay\u0131 konut sat\u0131\u015f verilerindeki rakamlar, hem ihtiya\u00e7 hem de yat\u0131r\u0131m ama\u00e7l\u0131 konuta olan talebin \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor,” dedi. \u0130potekli sat\u0131\u015flardaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n dikkat \u00e7ekici oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Alg\u00fcn, bekleyen talebin uygun ko\u015fullar olu\u015ftu\u011funda harekete ge\u00e7ti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n
\u00d6zellikle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve orta gelir grubunun uygun f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeyi tercih etti\u011fini dile getiren Alg\u00fcn, l\u00fcks konut ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n da artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. “Enflasyondan korunma ve yat\u0131r\u0131m ama\u00e7l\u0131 konuta y\u00f6nelenler, kiraya verip gelir elde etme hedefiyle hareket ediyor.
