T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nde gelen gofret \u00fcreticilerinden biri olan Master Choco G\u0131da, resmi olarak iflas etti. Bursa’da g\u00fcnl\u00fck 12 ton \u00fcretim kapasitesine sahip olan \u015firket, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 finansal zorluklar\u0131 a\u015famayarak piyasadan \u00e7ekilmek zorunda kald\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bursa 1. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi, Master Choco G\u0131da’n\u0131n konkordato talebini reddederek iflas s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatt\u0131. \u015eirket, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana Bursa’da faaliyet g\u00f6steriyordu ve mali s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar nedeniyle mahkemeye ba\u015fvurmu\u015ftu. Ancak mahkeme, talebi kabul etmedi ve do\u011frudan iflas karar\u0131 ald\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bu karar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, \u015firketin t\u00fcm hukuki koruma tedbirleri kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve konkordato komiserinin g\u00f6rev s\u00fcresi sona erdi. <\/p>\n
