Olay yerine sa\u011fl\u0131k, jandarma ve itfaiye ekipleri sevk edildi. Ekipler, devrilen forkliftin alt\u0131nda kalan Teyfik S.\u2019yi \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131, ancak yap\u0131lan m\u00fcdahaleler sonu\u00e7 vermedi ve operat\u00f6r hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti.<\/p>\n<p>Teyfik S.&#8217;nin cenazesi, gerekli i\u015flemlerin ard\u0131ndan Nev\u015fehir Devlet Hastanesi morguna kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
