Ancak Ziraat Bankas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n y\u00f6netiminde herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik ya\u015fanmad\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Osman Arslan, 1971 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara&#8217;da do\u011fmu\u015ftur. Orta Do\u011fu Teknik \u00dcniversitesi \u0130statistik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc&#8217;nden mezun olduktan sonra, ayn\u0131 \u00fcniversitede \u0130\u015fletme alan\u0131nda y\u00fcksek lisans yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ziraat Bankas\u0131&#8217;nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, ard\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r bankalar\u0131nda y\u00f6netici pozisyonlar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2012 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren T\u00fcrkiye Halk Bankas\u0131&#8217;nda \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6revlerde bulunmu\u015f ve 2017 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck yapmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Recep S\u00fcleyman \u00d6zdil ise 1961 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul&#8217;da d\u00fcnyaya gelmi\u015ftir. Ankara \u00dcniversitesi \u0130ktisat B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc&#8217;nden mezun olduktan sonra, kariyerine \u00f6zel bir \u015firkette m\u00fcfetti\u015f olarak ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
