Bu de\u011fi\u015fikliklerden biri, mesai sistemi ile ilgili d\u00fczenlemeler. \u015eu anda polis personeline \u201cfazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccreti\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda ayl\u0131k 6 bin 686 TL \u00f6deniyor. Ancak bu \u00f6deme, yap\u0131lan fazla mesainin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda de\u011fil, g\u00f6rev zorluk derecesi ve riskine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak sabit bir tazminat olarak veriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni d\u00fczenleme ile birlikte, sabit \u00f6deme sistemi kald\u0131r\u0131lacak ve belirlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatinin \u00fczerinde g\u00f6rev yapan personele saat ba\u015f\u0131 \u00fccret \u00f6denecek. Haftal\u0131k 40 saatlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresini a\u015fan mesailer i\u00e7in ek \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Bu kapsamda mesai \u00fccretinin \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n 17 bin TL&#8217;ye kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fi ifade ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni sistemle beraber, fazla mesai yapan polisler daha fazla gelir elde edecek. Mesai yapmayan personel ise ek \u00f6deme almayacak. Emniyet te\u015fkilat\u0131nda uzun zamand\u0131r dile getirilen bir sorun da, farkl\u0131 yo\u011funlukta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personelin ayn\u0131 \u00fccreti almas\u0131yd\u0131. Mevcut sistemde, 160 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir polis ile 300 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ya da ek mesai yapmayan personel aras\u0131nda gelir fark\u0131 bulunmuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Planlanan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle, yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin kazanca do\u011frudan yans\u0131mas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Ayr\u0131ca, yeni d\u00fczenlemenin yaln\u0131zca \u00fccret sistemiyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmayaca\u011f\u0131, 12 saat g\u00f6rev, 36 saat dinlenme esas\u0131na dayal\u0131 yeni bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma modelinin de g\u00fcndemde oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenildi. Bu modelle polislerin haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinin 42 ila 45 saat aras\u0131nda olmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kamu tasarruf tedbirleri nedeniyle maa\u015flarda genel bir art\u0131\u015f planlanmamakla birlikte, bu de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle polislik mesle\u011finin stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.
