Yeni kanun teklifi, do\u011fum izninin toplam s\u00fcresini 16 haftadan 24 haftaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor ve mevcut izinli kad\u0131nlar\u0131 da kaps\u0131yor. Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu’nda yap\u0131lacak de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri i\u00e7eren teklif, TBMM Genel Kurulu’nun g\u00fcndeminde \u00f6ncelikli olarak ele al\u0131nacak. 7 Nisan Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc yap\u0131lacak birle\u015fimde bu d\u00fczenlemenin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine ba\u015flanacak. Siyasi partilerin ortak hareket ederek, izinde olan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu d\u00fczenlemeden yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla teklifin bu hafta yasala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
Teklifte yer alan d\u00fczenlemeler aras\u0131nda, kad\u0131nlara verilecek do\u011fum izninin 24 haftaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 bulunuyor. Ayr\u0131ca, anal\u0131k izni s\u00fcresi dolmu\u015f ancak do\u011fum tarihinden itibaren 24 haftal\u0131k s\u00fcresi hen\u00fcz tamamlanmam\u0131\u015f olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara, talepleri halinde 8 hafta ek anal\u0131k izni verilebilecek.<\/p>\n
Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, bir veya daha fazla \u00e7ocu\u011fa koruyucu aile olan memurlara, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n teslim edildi\u011fi tarihten itibaren 10 g\u00fcn izin verilecek. E\u015finin do\u011fum yapmas\u0131 durumunda i\u015f\u00e7ilere verilecek \u00fccretli izin s\u00fcresi ise 5 g\u00fcnden 10 g\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
Yeterli geliri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen kad\u0131nlar ve \u00e7ocuklara, ge\u00e7ici maddi yard\u0131m yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, ilgili kanunda belirtilen oranda net har\u00e7l\u0131k verilecek. Ayr\u0131ca, sosyal a\u011f sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n 15 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklara hizmet sunamayacaklar\u0131 ve bu konuda gerekli \u00f6nlemleri almalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fi de d\u00fczenlemede yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
