B\u00f6ylece, &#8220;Pelmen Mant\u0131&#8221; markas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu ve 4 kad\u0131n istihdam ederek \u00fcretime ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kapukaya, Sar\u0131\u00e7am il\u00e7esindeki at\u00f6lyesinde g\u00fcnl\u00fck 200 kilogram mant\u0131 \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini deneme ama\u00e7l\u0131 zincir marketlere g\u00f6ndermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerinin be\u011fenilmesi ve talebin artmas\u0131 \u00fczerine, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 20&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Daha fazla b\u00fcy\u00fcmek amac\u0131yla 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n deste\u011fiyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Sosyal Giri\u015fimcilik, G\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ve Uyum Projesi&#8217;ne (SEECO) ba\u015fvurdu. Bu proje sayesinde yeni makineler edinen Kapukaya, istihdam say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 100&#8217;e \u00e7\u0131kararak g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fcretimini 4,5 tona y\u00fckseltti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7 vardiya \u015feklinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlarla birlikte mant\u0131 \u00fcretimini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Kapukaya, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fehirlerdeki zincir marketlere ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.
