2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda tatil i\u00e7in gitti\u011fi Antalya’n\u0131n Alanya il\u00e7esinde, “pelmeni” olarak bilinen mant\u0131y\u0131 tatmas\u0131, ona yeni bir yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Bu deneyimden sonra konuyla ilgili ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yaparak, kendi sermayesiyle bir \u015firket kurmaya karar verdi. B\u00f6ylece, “Pelmen Mant\u0131” markas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu ve 4 kad\u0131n istihdam ederek \u00fcretime ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Kapukaya, Sar\u0131\u00e7am il\u00e7esindeki at\u00f6lyesinde g\u00fcnl\u00fck 200 kilogram mant\u0131 \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini deneme ama\u00e7l\u0131 zincir marketlere g\u00f6ndermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerinin be\u011fenilmesi ve talebin artmas\u0131 \u00fczerine, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 20’ye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131.<\/p>\n
Daha fazla b\u00fcy\u00fcmek amac\u0131yla 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131’n\u0131n deste\u011fiyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Sosyal Giri\u015fimcilik, G\u00fc\u00e7lendirme ve Uyum Projesi’ne (SEECO) ba\u015fvurdu. Bu proje sayesinde yeni makineler edinen Kapukaya, istihdam say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 100’e \u00e7\u0131kararak g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fcretimini 4,5 tona y\u00fckseltti.<\/p>\n
