Trendyol, sosyal etki projeleriyle uluslararas\u0131 arenada iki \u00f6d\u00fcl kazand\u0131. \u015eirketin a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na g\u00f6re, ‘Dijital Usta’ projesi ‘Fark Yaratan’ dal\u0131nda, ‘Yar\u0131n\u0131n K\u00f6yleri’ projesi ise ‘Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk’ kategorisinde \u00f6d\u00fcl ald\u0131. Bu \u00f6d\u00fcller, ABD merkezli Pazarlama ve \u0130leti\u015fim Profesyonelleri Derne\u011fi (AMCP) taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen Communitas Awards kapsam\u0131nda verildi. Bu \u00f6d\u00fcller, toplum ve \u00e7evreye de\u011fer katan, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir gelecek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
‘Dijital Usta’ projesi, T\u00fcrkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birli\u011fi (TOBB) ve Habitat Derne\u011fi i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Proje, gen\u00e7lerin dijital becerilerini geli\u015ftirirken KOB\u0130’lerin e-ticaret ve e-ihracat s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 destekleyen bir model sunuyor. \u0130lk olarak Bal\u0131kesir, Gaziantep, Nev\u015fehir, Ordu ve Denizli gibi be\u015f pilot ilde ba\u015flat\u0131lan proje, gen\u00e7lerin \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitim programlar\u0131na kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, temel e-ticaret e\u011fitimlerinin ard\u0131ndan sertifikal\u0131 uzmanl\u0131k e\u011fitimlerini tamamlayarak ‘Dijital Usta’ unvan\u0131 kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n
Proje ile yeti\u015fen Dijital Ustalar, pilot illerdeki KOB\u0130’lerde tohum istihdam modeliyle i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131larak e-ticaret s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde aktif rol almaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu sayede gen\u00e7ler kariyerlerine \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m atarken, i\u015fletmeler dijitalle\u015fme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde destek alarak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerini h\u0131zland\u0131rma f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu. ‘Dijital Usta’, gen\u00e7 i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc gelece\u011fin yetkinlikleriyle bulu\u015ftururken, i\u015fletmelerin dijital ekonomiye entegrasyonunu h\u0131zland\u0131rmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n
‘Yar\u0131n\u0131n K\u00f6yleri’ projesi ise k\u0131rsalda dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc hedefliyor. Trendyol’un teknoloji odakl\u0131 yerel kalk\u0131nma vizyonunun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan bu proje, k\u0131rsal alandaki dijital u\u00e7urumu azaltmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Kalk\u0131nma Program\u0131 ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje, T\u00fcrkiye’nin farkl\u0131 k\u0131rsal b\u00f6lgelerinde dijital merkezler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla geni\u015f bir kitleye e\u011fitim ve geli\u015fim f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunuyor.<\/p>\n
Proje, Aral\u0131k 2023’ten bu yana 10 bin ki\u015fiye ula\u015ft\u0131 ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara e-ticaret, dijital okuryazarl\u0131k, yapay zeka ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir tar\u0131m gibi konularda e\u011fitimler veriliyor. E\u011fitimlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra dijital tar\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir de\u011fer zincirleri ile k\u0131rsalda uzun vadeli d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm destekleniyor.
