Mahkeme, iflas tasfiyesinin basit tasfiye olarak uygulanmas\u0131na ve iflas\u0131n derhal Bursa \u0130flas M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;ne bildirilmesine h\u00fckmetti.<\/p>\n<p>Ekleristan G\u0131da, Cevizden G\u0131da ve Snowland Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k isimli \u00fc\u00e7 \u015firketin konkordato talepleri ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 reddedildi.
