Alacakl\u0131lar i\u00e7in yasal itiraz s\u00fcreci de ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f durumda. \u0130cra ve \u0130flas Kanunu \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, alacakl\u0131lar, karar\u0131n ilan\u0131ndan itibaren yedi g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde konkordato \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair itirazlar\u0131n\u0131 mahkemeye iletebilecek.<\/p>\n
