2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bursa’da kurulan Master Choco G\u0131da, mali zorluklardan kurtulmak amac\u0131yla konkordato talebinde bulunmu\u015ftu. Bursa 1. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi, \u015firketin mali durumunu toparlayamayaca\u011f\u0131na h\u00fckmederek bu talebi reddetti ve iflas karar\u0131 ald\u0131. Bu karar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, s\u00fcre\u00e7 boyunca g\u00f6revde olan konkordato komiserinin yetkileri de sona erdi.<\/p>\n
