Bankac\u0131l\u0131k D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu (BDDK), para transferlerinde g\u00fcvenli\u011fi art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefleyerek, belirli saat dilimleri i\u00e7in ek do\u011frulama \u015fart\u0131 getirdi.<\/p>\n
Yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, 22.00 ile 06.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek para transferleri i\u00e7in kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7ipli kimlik kart\u0131 ve telefonlar\u0131ndaki NFC (temass\u0131z do\u011frulama) \u00f6zelli\u011fini kullanmas\u0131 zorunlu hale geldi. Bu \u015fartlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamayan kullan\u0131c\u0131lar, dijital bankac\u0131l\u0131k i\u015flemlerinde k\u0131s\u0131tlamalarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facak.<\/p>\n
Bu uygulama ile \u00f6zellikle gece saatlerinde yap\u0131lan para transferlerinin daha g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Eski tip kimlik kart\u0131 kullanan ya da NFC \u00f6zelli\u011fi olmayan telefonlara sahip vatanda\u015flar, bu saatler aras\u0131nda para transferi yaparken k\u0131s\u0131tlamalarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facak.<\/p>\n
Yeni sistemin, kart limitinin izinsiz art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 veya nakit avans \u00e7ekimi gibi riskli i\u015flemleri engellemeyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor.
