Mali Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele \u015eubesi taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu i\u015flem, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz ocak ay\u0131nda Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan su\u00e7 duyurusunun ard\u0131ndan geldi.<\/p>\n
SPK, 23 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihinde yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcltende Bayramo\u011flu’na, yetkilisi oldu\u011fu \u015firketlerin banka hesaplar\u0131n\u0131n izinsiz kullan\u0131m\u0131 yoluyla sermaye piyasas\u0131 faaliyetlerine kat\u0131lma su\u00e7lamas\u0131nda bulunmu\u015ftu. Bu nedenle soru\u015fturman\u0131n merkezinin \u0130stanbul olmas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Bayramo\u011flu’nun buraya sevk edildi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
Bayram Ali Bayramo\u011flu, M\u00dcS\u0130AD’\u0131n kurucu \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda yer almakta ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fte derne\u011fin Genel Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenmi\u015ftir. 1999 ile 2004 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda M\u00dcS\u0130AD Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131ktan sonra, hala dernekte Y\u00fcksek \u0130sti\u015fare Kurulu \u00dcyesi olarak aktif bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
Ayr\u0131ca, \u0130stanbul Ticaret Odas\u0131’nda Meclis \u00dcyesi olarak da g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015f olan Bayramo\u011flu, DE\u0130K b\u00fcnyesinde T\u00fcrk-Suudi Arabistan \u0130\u015f Konseyi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revini y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. T\u00fcrk i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ile Arap \u00fclkeleri aras\u0131ndaki ticari ili\u015fkilerin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in koordine edici g\u00f6revlerde bulunmu\u015ftur. 23.
